For patients who find it hard to travel to the clinic, we offer home medical visits. A doctor visits your home regularly and provides examinations, prescriptions, health management and advice on care, to a set plan. For people who are bedbound, who have a long-term condition, or who need care after leaving hospital, we give close support so that medical care can be received at home, in the place you are used to. It also eases the burden on family and helps patients live at their own pace. Please just get in touch.
To begin home medical visits, we ask for a contract and for a referral letter from your current doctor.
