Do you snore loudly, feel very sleepy during the day, or wake up tired?
It may be sleep apnoea (SAS).

It is a condition in which breathing stops during sleep, causing daytime sleepiness and poor concentration. It also raises the risk of high blood pressure and heart disease. If you think it might be SAS, start with a test.

We carry out theovernight polysomnographyneeded to diagnose SAS. A simpler test you can do at home is also available. Testing properly leads to an accurate diagnosis and the right treatment.

The usual treatment isCPAP therapy. It supports breathing during sleep and is effective at improving symptoms. We will suggest a CPAP plan that suits you. If you are concerned, please come and talk to us.
